SofTMech researchers Prof. Ray Ogden and Dr. Nan Qi have recently visited Prof. Gerhard Holzapfel at teh Institute of Biomechanics, Graz Univeristy of Technology, Austria to intensify their collaboration on single cell modelling.
SofTMech researchers Prof. Ray Ogden and Dr. Nan Qi have recently visited Prof. Gerhard Holzapfel at the Institute of Biomechanics, Graz University of Technology, Austria to intensify their collaboration on single cell modelling. In particular, they worked on extension of their (numerical) actin network model to a whole cell model including the contribution of other types of filaments.
