Research Meetings Wednesday 2022 dates to be arranged

RESEARCH MEETINGS: normally every second Wednesday; the next meeting will be in 2022, TBA 

A Progress Meeting was held on the 5th May 2021.
For the previous Progress Meeting of the 11th November 2020; the programme of talks can be viewed via the link on the right; a recording is available to members of the SofTMech^MP Team. PROGRESS MEETINGS: will be held every 2 months.  We are pleased to invite our collaborators from MIT and POLIMI to our Research and Progress meetings. In view of COVID-19 all our meetings via ms TEAMs

Research Meetings: Here we discuss challenges encountered and progress achieved during our daily research work.  The meetings also give opportunities of interesting papers and methods as well as for interaction between SofTMech members working on various Workpackages and project tasks.

Progress Meetings: These are held every two months and are formal meetings of the SofTMech CI-s, PDRAs and Research students. The Meetings consist of an administrative part followed by a scientific part. During the administrative part we discuss management issues, hear reports from the SofTmech subcommittees and formulate an overall plan of work. The scientific part consists of presentations and discussion of the research progress achieved within a selected SofTMech Workpackage.
